Mini Solar Trap User Manual

  • Use 1–2 traps per acre.

  • The solar panel charges the battery using solar energy.

  • Standby backup time: 4 days.

  • Install the trap on a 1.25-inch wooden/iron stick in the field as shown in the picture, at the height of the crop leaves from the ground.

  • The trap turns ON automatically after sunset and turns OFF automatically after 3 hours 40 minutes. During this time, maximum pest insects get trapped.

  • After the crop season is over, if you store the trap indoors, place it in sunlight once every 15 days for charging.

  • Install the solar trap preferably in the morning. Switch it ON by pressing the button upward (ON position).

  • Keep the switch ON as long as the trap is in the field. If the switch is OFF, the battery will not charge.

  • Change the water in the bucket every 8–10 days.

  • After switching ON, the trap starts in 3 seconds. If there is light on the panel, the trap will not run. If the panel is dark, the trap will start within 6 seconds.

  • The red LED indicates charging is in progress, and the yellow LED shows the controller is working properly.
